Welcome to Liquid FlowArt. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, online store, merchandise, content, community offerings, digital offerings, and related services. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Liquid FlowArt
Liquid FlowArt LLC is a creative brand offering flow art content, merchandise, apparel, accessories, stickers, digital content, custom creative experiences, community offerings, lessons, and related products or services.
2. Online Store Purchases
When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing your order before submitting it.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, payment issues, misuse of our website, or other business reasons.
3. Product Availability and Made-to-Order Items
Many Liquid FlowArt products are made to order, custom produced, limited-run, or fulfilled by third-party fulfillment and print-on-demand partners.
Product availability, production times, shipping times, colors, sizing, materials, and product details may vary. Because products are often made to order, slight variations may occur between product images shown online and the final item received.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We may use third-party payment processors to securely process payments. Liquid FlowArt does not store your full payment card information.
Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout where required by law.
5. Shipping
Liquid FlowArt currently ships within the United States only, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production and delivery times may vary based on product type, fulfillment partner, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect shipping information, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Liquid FlowArt is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, incorrect addresses, weather, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our control.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional costs may apply to replace or reship the order.
7. Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer should first contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
Liquid FlowArt may assist where possible, but we are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because Liquid FlowArt is a startup and many products are made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error or the error of our fulfillment partner.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect shipping information, delayed shipping, normal variations in product appearance, or change of mind.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@liquidflow.art.
To review the issue, we require: your order number; a description of the issue; clear photos of the item; clear photos of the packaging; and clear photos of the shipping label, if applicable.
If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error or the error of our fulfillment partner, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.
10. Apparel Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and product details before ordering.
Size selections are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production, fulfillment, or processing begins.
Once an order is in production, processing, or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
12. Product Images and Display
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, and details accurately. However, colors, print placement, textures, materials, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, production methods, product type, and fulfillment processes.
13. Custom Content, Lessons, Digital Products, and Creative Experiences
Liquid FlowArt may offer custom content, live stream priority requests, creative services, digital products, private lessons, group lessons, community access, or other experiences.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchases for custom content, digital products, private lessons, group lessons, memberships, community access, or creative services are non-refundable once work begins, access is granted, or the service is delivered.
Additional terms may apply to specific creative services, invoices, collaborations, or custom projects.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphics, photos, videos, product designs, artwork, captions, concepts, text, website copy, and other materials, is owned by Liquid FlowArt LLC or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, upload, repost, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission from Liquid FlowArt LLC.
15. Trademarks and Brand Use
Liquid FlowArt, LFA, associated logos, brand elements, product names, and related names are brand assets of Liquid FlowArt LLC.
You may not use our name, logo, brand identity, or confusingly similar marks without written permission.
16. User-Submitted Content
If you submit photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, comments, music information, messages, or other content to Liquid FlowArt, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.
By submitting content to us, you grant Liquid FlowArt permission to use, repost, display, edit, reference, or share that content for business, marketing, customer service, social media, promotional, or community purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
17. Music, Media, and Third-Party Rights
If you provide or request the use of music, images, videos, names, brands, or other third-party materials in connection with a custom service, live stream request, creative request, or other Liquid FlowArt offering, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorization for that use.
Liquid FlowArt is not responsible for claims, takedowns, copyright issues, platform restrictions, or disputes arising from materials provided or requested by a customer.
18. Community and Discord Conduct
Liquid FlowArt may offer community features, Discord access, lessons, events, live streams, comments, or interactive experiences.
Users must behave respectfully, lawfully, and in a way that supports the Liquid FlowArt community.
We may remove, restrict, or ban users who engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, illegal activity, abuse, impersonation, exploitation, or behavior that harms Liquid FlowArt, our community, our customers, our partners, or our brand.
Community access may be revoked at our discretion if these Terms or community rules are violated.
19. No Guarantees
Liquid FlowArt does not guarantee specific results from any product, service, post, video, lesson, custom content, community access, promotional feature, or creative experience.
For content or social media-related offerings, we do not guarantee views, reach, engagement, followers, sales, platform performance, or algorithmic results.
20. Website Accuracy
We try to keep product descriptions, pricing, images, availability, policies, and website content accurate. However, errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or change website content at any time.
21. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, apps, payment processors, shipping providers, fulfillment partners, social media platforms, Discord, or other services.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, actions, or practices of third parties.
